General Idea:
· Creating comprehensive and complexly organized spatial environment taking into consideration the connection of the territory (district) with the general context of the city.
· Solving the issues of organizing functional links between the design structure constituent parts without having a negative impact on the city’s ecology.
· Creating a system of new city dominants. Forming new identity of the place (district). Gradual amplification of the city’s context using the “Structure Split” design technique.
· Creating new symbols of the place (district) near its historic core without breaking traditional cultural and functional connections.
· Creating appropriate conditions for the use of new technologies including solar photo-electrical batteries and keeping automobiles out of the district.
